Warranty, Guarantee and Repair Policy

1. Warranty & Guarantee

All ARGOS Fitness & Calisthenics handmade products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

This warranty covers metal structure failure or metal breakage under normal and intended use.

2. Built to Last

ARGOS equipment is designed, tested, and handcrafted with durability as a priority.

In more than 6 years of activity, we have had only one complaint, and it occurred during our early beginnings. Since then, we have continuously improved our designs, materials, and production process.

Today, our products have been holding strong for over 4 years in real use, with no cases of metal or structural failure.

However, as a company policy, we offer a maximum warranty period of 2 years.

3. How the Warranty Works

If an issue occurs:

  • Contact us via Instagram with clear photos or a video, or
  • Call us directly on our phone number

You must send the product to us for inspection.

  • If the product is repairable, we will repair it.
  • If the product is not repairable, we will replace it with another product of the same model.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipping and delivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • ARGOS does not cover transport fees under any circumstances.

5. Weight Limits (Very Important)

  • The warranty is valid only if the stated weight limits are respected.
  • Exceeding the maximum weight limit automatically voids the warranty.

6. What Is Covered

  • Metal parts
  • Welded structure

7. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Paint or coating
  • Plastic parts
  • Foam
  • Rubber
  • Grips
  • Normal wear and tear

The warranty applies only to metal components.

8. Honesty & Repair Policy

If the weight limit has been exceeded, we kindly ask you to tell us the truth.

ARGOS is built within a Muslim community, and honesty is one of our core values. Trust and fairness are essential to us.

Even if the warranty is no longer valid due to exceeding weight limits, we will still help you:

  • We can repair the product for a reasonable price.
  • In most cases, it is safer and better that we handle the repair ourselves, as we know the structure, balance, and alignment of our products better than anyone else.

Repairs done by third parties may cause:

  • Loss of proper leveling (alignment)
  • Instability and reduced safety

For this reason, we strongly recommend that ARGOS performs the repair.

If our repair cost is too high for you, please ensure that any third-party repairer is extremely careful with alignment and leveling, as improper work can make the product unsafe.

9. Optional Paid Services

  • Repainting and full product renewal are available for an additional fee.
  • Replacement of non-metal parts (rubber, foam, grips, etc.) is available at a low cost upon request.

10. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is valid only while ARGOS Fitness & Calisthenics is actively operating.

If the company ceases operations, closes permanently, or is no longer trading, the warranty will automatically become void, and no further repairs, replacements, or services can be provided.

The warranty is non-transferable.
